Hi tina. I can't make it working. "qsub -J 1:2 toto.seq" launch two times toto.seq script. But in my script : echo ${PBS_ARRAYID} > out.${PBS_ARRAYID} The environement variable ${PBS_ARRAYID} is always empty :( -- Éric <chatellier@codelutin.com> Tel: 02 40 50 29 28 http://www.codelutin.com
