I am sorry, you are really unlucky !

When you say you opened my simulation, what do you mean ? For instance, could you read the results in the result interface? could you launch it again ? Did it run ?
Could you please send me the file debug.txt located in the same folder as the isis-fish.bat file (the one you use to launch ISIS) ?

If I can not figure out what happens based on your answer and the debug file, I suggest we try and skype at some point so you can share your screen and maybe I could understand what goes wrong.

Sorry about the difficulties you meet and thank you for keeping on trying ! I must say it is the first time we meet as much difficulties for a first simulation !!!
