Hi,
I just migrated topia 2.x on hibernate 5 (into a branch).
The main change is the Configuration class use removal. This class not not
deprecated, but not recommanded by hibernate team anymore.
And i think that, hbm.xml file are not deprecated at all. So topia still
uses it.
Need to be more tested before merge on develop
