Salut Eric dans le resultat Effortnominal, pour plusieurs strategies (par ex. seSPO_VL1218@nearshore ) on a des NAN pour certains metiers (mais pas tous, par ex pour OTB_DEF@esSPO_VL1218@zone low) pour tous les mois. On a vérifié les valeurs des parametres de la strategie et des metiers sans trouver d'erreur. As-tu une idee d'ou cela pourrait venir ? Hello je cree une matrice dans une regle, que je veux exporter en resultat. j ai donc cree un result info, et je l importe. mais quand j y fait appelle, il dit qu il connait pas NAME. GeoTools.getCellFromShapefile

Hello j utilise la fonction getCellFromShapefile qui fonctionne tres bien a part pour certaines zones. Il s'agit majoritairement de zones très petites. j'aimerais savoir comment la fonction récupère les cellules et s'il faut un recouvrement minimum entre le shape et la cellule. Est ce que cela explique que la zone isis soit vide ? Cela pose t il probleme si la zone du shp est discontinue, car j ai l impression que certaines fois seules les cellules d une zone sont selectionnées. Bonjour, j ai des simus a faire avec bcp de cantonnements pour differentes zones. Pour eviter d' avoir a les ajouter a la main dans l interface (et me tromper), je veux les ajouter via un script de plan de simulation. je sais creer et parametrer des regles avec des int ou des doubles ex . Erreur ISIS sur datarmor

Bonjour, En lançant un job de calibrage sur datarmor, j'obtiens cette erreur dans le debug ISIS : Error: Unable to access jarfile /home3/datahome/echatell/isis-fish-4.4.7/isis-fish-4.4.7.3.jar J'ai fait le test, cette erreur se produit même si je lance un job qui a tourné à l'identique il y a un peu plus d'une semaine. Une idée ? Merci Antoine

Mes simulations ne se lancent pas et le debugISIS.log contient le message suivant : "Error: Unable to access jarfile /home3/datahome/echatell/isis-fish-4.4.7/isis-fish-4.4.7.3.jar" Dois-je changer de version pour préparer la simulation? Probleme import automatique de zone pop (script Anh)

Hello j'ai tenté d'utiliser le script de Anh "TraiterZonePopShapefile" (en piece jointe) pour importer des zones pop depuis un dossier contenant des shape files pour la base en pj (isis 4.4.7.5). J'ai modifié le script PTAtoolbox (en pj) au préalable. Cependant j'obtiens les erreurs suivantes a l'evaluation de PTAtoolbox et de traiterzone... J'ai l'impression que c'est un bete nom de zone ? mais il est bon pourtant... D'autre part isis est assez lent... Pb simulation

Bonjour, J'espère que vous allez bien. Je suis de retour avec un nouveau problème sur ma tentative de calibration de mes paramètres de pêche. J'ai lancé une analyse de sensibilité avec un randomLHS (vu que le optimum ne marchait pas) et 5000 simulations sur datarmor. Le process semblait avoir bien fonctionné mais lors de l'extraction et traitement des résultats, je me suis rendu compte que isis avait fait tourner 5000 fois la même simulation. Je n'ai reçu pourtant aucun message d'erreur. Ce qui est étonnant c'est que dans les exports de sensibilité, j'ai bien une table avec 5000 combinaison différentes de paramètres mais elle ne semble pas avoir été effectivement utilisée pour les calculs des résultats.
